The story unfolds in the fictional country of Hardland, a fantastical version of medieval Eastern Europe, home to vampires, alchemists, homunculi, and the Devil Mephistopheles.

This is the tale of strange, beautiful men living in the world of the occult, in a time of immorality and decadence.

This is a role-playing game, in which one plays the character of Georik Zaberisk. Count Georik Zaberisk has achieved fame and fortune as personal physician to the King of Hartland, but the poor health of his sister Lillith - who has been frail since birth - forces him to resign early, and he resigns himself to spending his life as a local aristocrat.

But one day, when Georik is away from his manor, Lillith is accused of witchcraft by an angry mob of villagers. They assault her, and chopping off her head and burning her body. Georik eventually manages to retrieve her head, and to his surprise, discovers that it is still alive.

Desperate to make his sister whole again, Georik transfers her head from the body of one young woman to the next, but the transplant is rejected each time. His days are spent mired in frustration and worry.

Then, one day, Georik learns about homunculi, artificial humans that can supposedly be created through alchemy. However, the kingdom of Hartland embraced a technological civilization and modernized centuries ago, and in doing so outlawed the dark arts. Sorcerers and alchemists were banished from the realm long ago, but a few still remain, practicing their craft in secret. If discovered, they are branded traitors and sentenced to a gruesome execution. But to save his sister, Georik has no choice but to move deeper and deeper into the forbidden world of alchemy... One Numa Isn't Quite Enough

I simply just love it when other countries make their own versions of a song; it either sounds all right or just plain bad. Anyhow, here are a few versions of the Numa Numa song that originated in Romanian in the first place. I simply couldn't hear some of it without shedding a tear, it's too funny.

Power Rangers Mystic Force

This specific season of Power Rangers deals with lots and lots of magic. What initiates the transformation of five normal teens into five powerful sorcerer rangers, is the unleashing of an army of the Undead that's lead by this powerful dude named Morticon.

Due to these powerful foes endangering man-kind (like always), a good sorceress named Udonna finds five normal teenagers to become the Power Rangers Mystic Force and to fight the Undead army. The rangers train and practice their magic at a secret magical place named "Rootcore", which is basically a big tree whose entrance resembles a dragon's mouth. As the rangers grow as individuals and all that good stuff they gain new magical spells to assist them in their battles against the powers of evil.

All together I have to admit this season of Power Rangers is way better than the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers I grew up with. The fight scenes are better choreographed and the story plots are more imaginative. Did I mention the yellow ranger is a guy with red hair? (my favorite ranger).

One aspect that hasn't changed are the crappy monsters they battle. Yea, the costumes look better but they lack the ability to move their mouths when they talk and that just bugs me. With technology today, you can't make a monster move his mouth?

In all, Power Rangers Mystic Force is not a total waste of time. It's fun for kids and if you like this sort of thing then knock yourself out. I know I enjoy watching it while I eat breakfast.

The Old and the New

One month ago, on April 17th 2007, Bou (g. of Antic Café) had announced on the official website that he’ll depart from the band; saying that there was something else he wanted to do. Not only was he the co-founder of Antic Café, but he was also part of the Oshare kei that the band had created. Oshare kei is a sub-division of visual kei that tends to incorporate sounds that are similar to pop punk while retaining the Visual kei rock style of mellow guitar solos and aggressive high pitched tones with songs that are around 5 minutes in length. The lyrics are likely to focus on subject matters that are optimistic, often about love and relationships. Fashion for the Oshare is usually bright and colorful that at times it doesn’t seem compatible.


Now that a month has past two new members appeared creating the new generation of Antic Café. Sorry to say…but although the guitarist (Takuya) that replaced Bou may look good…the new keyboardist (Yuuki) seems out of place. I just hope that the music would be just as good or better!






Anyhow…in remembrance to the old Antic Café, I decided to share a video~

The Next Big korean Pop Group:
Wonder Girls was created under JYP Entertainment. After an average of 1-2 years of training, they made their debut with the single album named "Irony" on February 13, 2007. The album consists of three songs and one remix, which are : Irony, Bad Boy, Sorry for the Tears and Irony (Tae-Kwon remix). Wonder Girls are created by famous artist and composer from JYP, JY Park. Lead by Sun Ye, 18 years old, follow by Ye Eun, 18 years old too, while HyunA, Sun Mi and So Hee are 15 years old. Most of the girls trained in JYP for more than a year, except for Ye Eun. She trained for only 3 months and debuted very easily. Their hit song recently is 'Irony'. The song is famous for its hip-hop rhythm, noticeable lyrics and funny music video.
note: korean t.v shows say that these girls are the second generation of the super popular late 90's group S.E.S, this group is greatly talented and i cant wait to hear more from them

Who's the X-Man?

Recently Korean variety shows have been circulating around the net. One of the well known ones is X-Man that has MC Yoo running it. The show invites a number of celebrities to appear each week on the show, and one of them being noted as the “X-Man”. No one knows who the X-Man is until then end and the X-Man himself/herself purposely do things that’ll make the team lose. There are two teams in the show having the group name respectively referring to the leader of the group. With each episode, there are interesting games and activities that the teams have to rally against each other; desperately trying to win and hoping that the X-Man isn’t on of their team mates.










The famous game in the old X-Man (season 2), is Dangyunhaji (literally means “Of Course”). The point of this game is saying various things that will leave the other team member speechless and can’t say dangyunhaji (of course). Even if it’s true or false, the person who’s being spoken to will have to try to say dangyunhaji in order to win the game. Sometimes there are funny short skits that the guests creates, sometimes there are truths coming out, sometimes puns are made, or sometimes even satirical remarks are spoken; no matter what no one really knows what’s going to be said, which makes it more interesting.
